Our refund policy for digital fitness products is as follows:

1. Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made through our payment gateway are generally non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

   a. Technical Errors:

   • Multiple debits from the Customer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical errors.

   • Excess payment in a single transaction due to technical errors. In these cases, the excess amount, excluding Payment Gateway charges, will be refunded.

   b. Unsuccessful Enrolment:

   • If the payment is processed but the enrolment is unsuccessful due to technical errors, Zyrax will provide the enrolment at no additional cost.

   c. Timing Errors:

   • If the promised live class timings are not initiated within seven (7) days of payment, the Customer is eligible for a refund after seven days.

2. Application for Refund:

   • Customers must apply for a refund by submitting the reason for the refund along with the original payment receipt (if available).

   • Applications should be sent via WhatsApp to +91-730-378-3313

3. Processing Time:

   • Refunds will be processed manually. If verified and valid, 50% of the net amount will be refunded electronically within 21 calendar days of receiving the claim.

   • Depending on the bank’s policy, it may take 3-21 days for the refunded amount to reflect in the bank account.

4. Exclusions:

   • Zyrax Fitness is not responsible for failed payments due to incomplete or inaccurate payment instructions, insufficient funds, bank refusals, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).
